NILU Innovation AS is a 100% owned subsidiary and is the commerical arm of NILU, the Norwegian Institute of Air Research. NILU is one of the world leading research institutes in the areas of air quality and emissions monitoring sciences.

NILU Innovation AS, formerly NILU Products AS, holds the rights to all NILU-developed products, equipment and hardware solutions. In addition, NILU Innovation is the holding company for various commericial interests and daughter companies. 

NILU Innovation AS is segmented into two areas; the Products Division where the hardware is marketed and sold and the Ventures Division, whereby the interest of the subsidiaries are managed.
